Aircraft Clearance
All online applications should be submitted to the NAMA Portal at least 24hours before the date of operation of the flight.
All registered aircraft clearance handling agents must:
- Undergo training before attempting using the platform.
- A secret password will be sent to them through the e-mail address submitted.
- Submit their user name and e-mail address to aircraft clearance office for online registration.
The Procedure To Log Into NAMA site
- Click the validate card button
- e-flight Clearance Solution Portal will be open
- Log in using your e-mail address & password
- Card authentication window will be open
- Card number issued to you by NAMA will be requested for.
- Enter the given number with its corresponding serial number
- Main menu will be open
- Then do the required logging either for Overflight, Ambulance or Technical landing
- The tracking number could now be used to track the application till the permit number is issued.
- On submission, a tracking number will be generated to indicate that the application has gotten to destination awaiting attention.
- Open a browser and type the address: flightclearance.gov.ng and press the enter key or log into NAMA website then click on e-clearance
Note: If the application is approved a permit number is issued and notification is received through e-mail and mobile SMS. If the application is declined the agent will receive a notification through e-mail and mobile SMS with the reason for rejection.
